3. Interpretation of provisions of any contract or agreement
4. Interpretation of provisions of different Acts and Rules
5. Interpretation of order, decree, Judgments, etc. of different Courts, Tribunals, etc.
6. Decision for filing appeals or writs against the order, decree or Judgment, etc.
